DESCRIPTION

  • The ES 165 K2E system consists of two 6½" (165 mm) woofers with a K2 sandwich cone made of aramid fibre, a Focal innovation of renowned performance. Their high sensitivity allows them to produce an enveloping, powerful and dynamic sound. The central ogive ensures better sound dispersion within the vehicle, to significantly enhance the in-car listening experience.
  • The two TKME tweeters with the ‘M’-shaped inverted dome, also made of aramid fibre, are linked with bi-amplifiable audiophile crossovers. They ensure optimal control of the high frequencies, producing a smooth and perfectly defined treble. Hi-fi sound has arrived on board.
  • For optimal, flexible installation options, the tweeters can be mounted in one of three ways: in the factory location, flush-fitted or on angled brackets. The kit also includes aluminium grilles.
